By accessing or using Stock Trader Service (“STS”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at https://stockstraderservice.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

STS is an AI-powered stock market analysis platform that provides:

• Daily AI-generated stock picks and rankings from a universe of 8,300+ tickers
• Technical and fundamental analysis signals including momentum, value, and growth indicators
• Portfolio tracking, pick history, and performance backtesting
• AI-generated market commentary and strategy analysis powered by Claude (Anthropic)
• Email digests and alerts for registered traders

STS is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The Platform does not provide personalised financial advice.

All AI-generated picks, signals, rankings, scores, reasoning, and analysis:

• Are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Do not account for your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives
• Are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely
• Should not be the sole basis for any investment decision

Investing in stocks and securities involves risk. You may lose some or all of your investment. By using this Platform you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that STS, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any financial losses arising from your use of the Platform.

STS uses Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, PBC, to generate stock analysis, picks, reasoning, and strategy recommendations. By using AI-powered features on this Platform, you acknowledge that:

• Your inputs (such as questions in the FAQ section) may be sent to Anthropic’s API for processing
• AI outputs are estimates — they may not always be accurate or complete
• You will not use AI features to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or unlawful
• Anthropic’s own Usage Policy applies to your use of AI features

STS is open to users of all ages from all countries. Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before using the Platform, in accordance with applicable law (including COPPA in the United States and GDPR Article 8 in the European Union). By using the Platform, a user under 13 confirms that their parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on their behalf.

Access to the dashboard requires authentication via an access password or Google account. You (or your parent/guardian, if applicable) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Global access: STS is available to users in all countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, including any local rules regarding investment information services.

Non-discrimination: STS is open to users of all ages, all genders, all gender identities and expressions, all sexes, all races, ethnicities, national origins, countries, religions, disability statuses, and any other characteristic. We do not discriminate in providing access to the Platform on any of these grounds. All users receive the same information, features, and quality of service regardless of who they are or where they are located.

No financial transaction data is collected or stored. STS is an informational research platform — not a broker-dealer, custodian, exchange, or financial intermediary. STS does not execute trades, hold funds, process investment transactions, or have access to your brokerage accounts. Tickers you add to your Watchlist and Tracker are position-tracking notes stored solely for your personal use on the Platform — they are not trade confirmations, account statements, or brokerage records.

No reporting to the IRS or any tax authority. STS does not report any information about you or your investment activity to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), any US state tax authority, or any international tax authority. STS has no obligation or ability to do so, as it holds no financial transaction data subject to tax reporting requirements.

No 1099 forms will be issued. STS will not issue a Form 1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, or any other IRS information return to any user in connection with their use of the Platform or their investment activity. Your broker or brokerage platform — not STS — is responsible for issuing any tax documents related to your investment activity.

Your tax responsibility. You are solely responsible for tracking, reporting, and paying any taxes on investment gains, losses, dividends, or other taxable events arising from trades you execute at your brokerage. STS strongly recommends consulting a qualified tax professional. Nothing on this Platform constitutes tax advice.

You may use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the Platform without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Use the Platform to manipulate financial markets or engage in insider trading
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the STS brand, software, algorithms, AI-generated analysis, design, and data — is the property of Stock Trader Service and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. © 2021–2026 Stock Trader Service. The Platform is provided “as is” without any guarantees. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that any data or analysis will be accurate or complete. Use it as a research tool and make your own decisions.

To the maximum extent the law allows, STS is not responsible for any financial losses, lost profits, lost data, or other damages that result from your use of the Platform — including situations where we were warned such losses were possible. You use the Platform at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States. Any legal dispute arising from your use of the Platform will be handled in the courts of Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States.

By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute will be resolved in Chester County, Pennsylvania. International users agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in Chester County, Pennsylvania for any dispute arising from their use of the Platform.
