Terms of Service

By accessing or using Stockstraderservice LLC, doing business as “STS LLC” (“STS LLC”, “STS”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at https://stockstraderservice.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

STS is an Agentic AI platform delivering AI-curated stock research, picks, sentiment analysis, and portfolio guidance to retail investors via web dashboard and email digests. Specifically, the Platform provides:

• Daily AI-generated stock picks and rankings from a universe of 7,000+ tickers
• Technical and fundamental analysis signals including momentum, value, and growth indicators
• Portfolio tracking, pick history, and performance backtesting
• AI-generated market commentary and strategy analysis powered by AI (a mix of leading large language models)
• Email digests and alerts for registered traders

STS is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on the Platform is, or should be construed as, individualized financial advice, and the Platform does not provide personalised financial advice.

All AI-generated picks, signals, rankings, scores, reasoning, and analysis:

• Are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Do not account for your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives
• Are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely
• Should not be the sole basis for any investment decision

Investing in stocks and securities involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You may lose some or all of your investment. Past AI-driven performance does not predict future results. By using this Platform you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that STS, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any financial losses arising from your use of the Platform. STS uses third-party large language models (AI) — a mix of models from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and DeepSeek — to generate stock analysis, picks, reasoning, and strategy recommendations. The specific model used for a given task may change over time. These models are accessed through the OpenRouter API gateway. By using AI-powered features on this Platform, you acknowledge that:

• Your inputs (such as questions in the FAQ section) may be sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or DeepSeek APIs (via the OpenRouter gateway) for processing
• AI outputs are estimates — they may not always be accurate or complete
• You will not use AI features to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or unlawful
• The applicable AI provider’s usage policy (e.g. OpenAI and Anthropic) applies to your use of AI features

STS’s public AI chatbot (the “Cleopatra” Q&A assistant) runs on an AI provider whose terms permit direct use by people aged 13 and older (with a parent or guardian’s permission for users under 18). All other AI features on the Platform are operated by STS on the server side to generate research, picks, and analysis — they are not directly operated by, or conversational with, individual users.

Dual-path age requirement. Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before using the Platform, in accordance with applicable law (including COPPA in the United States and GDPR Article 8 in the European Union). By using the Platform, a user under 13 confirms that their parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on their behalf. The paid STS subscription and any features that present buy or sell trading decisions are available only to users who are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, where a higher age is required to transact). Users aged 13 to 17 must have their parent or guardian’s permission to use the Platform, and by starting a trial or subscribing, a user aged 13 to 17 confirms that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on their behalf. By starting a trial or subscribing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Access to the dashboard requires authentication via a registered email and password or a Google account. You (or your parent/guardian, if applicable) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Geography and sanctions. STS is a United States equities research product operated by STS LLC (Delaware). The Platform is available to users outside the United States at their own legal risk. You may not use STS if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or otherwise prohibited under applicable export or sanctions laws (including OFAC restrictions). You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any local rules regarding investment information services.

Non-discrimination: Subject to the age and geographic/sanctions requirements above, STS does not discriminate in providing access to the Platform on the basis of gender, gender identity or expression, sex, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability status, or any other protected characteristic. All eligible users receive the same information, features, and quality of service.

No financial transaction data is collected or stored. STS is an informational research platform — not a broker-dealer, custodian, exchange, or financial intermediary. STS does not execute trades, hold funds, process investment transactions, or have access to your brokerage accounts. Tickers you add to your Watchlist and Tracker are position-tracking notes stored solely for your personal use on the Platform — they are not trade confirmations, account statements, or brokerage records.

No reporting to the IRS or any tax authority. STS does not report any information about you or your investment activity to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), any US state tax authority, or any international tax authority. STS has no obligation or ability to do so, as it holds no financial transaction data subject to tax reporting requirements.

No 1099 forms will be issued. STS will not issue a Form 1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, or any other IRS information return to any user in connection with their use of the Platform or their investment activity. Your broker or brokerage platform — not STS — is responsible for issuing any tax documents related to your investment activity.

Your tax responsibility. You are solely responsible for tracking, reporting, and paying any taxes on investment gains, losses, dividends, or other taxable events arising from trades you execute at your brokerage. STS strongly recommends consulting a qualified tax professional. Nothing on this Platform constitutes tax advice.

You may use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the Platform without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Use the Platform to manipulate financial markets or engage in insider trading
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

STS subscriptions are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not (a) redistribute, resell, or rebroadcast any picks, signals, scores, or AI-generated content from STS to third parties; (b) use STS to provide investment advice, portfolio management, or analytical services to clients or third parties (including in an RIA, financial advisory, or fiduciary capacity); (c) use STS output as a substitute for independently-derived advice in any commercial offering. Each account is for a single individual user.

If you are a financial advisor, RIA, broker-dealer, family office, or institutional investor and wish to use STS for commercial purposes, you must contact us at support@stockstraderservice.com for a separate enterprise license.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the STS brand, software, algorithms, AI-generated analysis, design, and data — is the property of STS LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. © 2021–2026 STS LLC. All Rights Reserved.

The Platform is provided “as is” without any guarantees. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that any data or analysis will be accurate or complete. Use it as a research tool and make your own decisions.

To the maximum extent the law allows, STS is not responsible for any financial losses, lost profits, lost data, or other damages that result from your use of the Platform — including situations where we were warned such losses were possible. You use the Platform at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any legal dispute arising from your use of the Platform will be handled in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware, United States.

By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute will be resolved in New Castle County, Delaware. International users agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in New Castle County, Delaware for any dispute arising from their use of the Platform. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation — contact us at support@stockstraderservice.com.

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Except for the excluded disputes below, you and STS agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration may take place in New Castle County, Delaware, or by telephone/video, or in your home county at your election. The arbitrator’s award is binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. You and STS may bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding.

Excluded disputes. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in the courts identified in Section 11 to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Nothing here prevents you from filing a complaint with a government agency.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@stockstraderservice.com with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account email; opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms. If the class-action waiver is held unenforceable as to a claim, that claim (only) proceeds in the courts identified in Section 11, and the rest of this Section survives.

Statements on the Platform about potential performance, targets, or outcomes are forward-looking and inherently uncertain; actual results may differ materially. Any performance figures, backtests, model portfolios, or hypothetical results are illustrative only, do not represent actual trading, and are not a guarantee of future results. User reviews or testimonials reflect individual experiences, are not representative of typical results, and are not a promise of any outcome — your results will vary and you may lose money. Your use of the Platform does not create any fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, agency, or other professional relationship between you and STS. STS does not know your identity, holdings, financial situation, or objectives, and nothing on the Platform is tailored to you. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision and, where appropriate, for obtaining independent professional advice.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STS LLC and its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform (including features, content, and pricing) at any time, with or without notice. The Platform may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, and we are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation. The Platform is not directed to, and may not be available in, every jurisdiction; it is offered only where lawful, and you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act to support@stockstraderservice.com (subject “DMCA Notice”) that includes: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

The Platform relies on and links to third-party services (including data providers, AI providers accessed via the OpenRouter gateway, Stripe for payments, and brokerage websites you choose). STS does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their policies, and it does not place trades or hold funds at any broker. Your use of a third party is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy policy. Brokerage links are provided for convenience only and are not a recommendation of any broker.

Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. Entire agreement. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Risk Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and STS regarding the Platform. No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Survival. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) survive. Notices. We may give you notice by email or by posting on the Platform.
