STS is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary. Nothing provided by STS is individualized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, or a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.

Investing in stocks, securities, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Market prices can change rapidly and unpredictably because of market conditions, economic events, issuer-specific developments, liquidity constraints, and other factors. You should invest only amounts you can afford to lose.

Scores (0–100) and confidence labels (HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW) are relative rankings of how strongly the signals and news line up on a given day. They are not probabilities or forecasts. A score of 95 does not mean a 95% chance of profit, and a HIGH confidence pick can lose money.

STS does not place, route, or execute orders, hold funds, or connect to any brokerage account. Stop loss and take profit levels shown on STS are information only. They protect nothing until you enter an order at your own broker.

Broker orders have their own risks. A stop-market order becomes a market order once triggered and can fill well below your stop price if a stock gaps or moves fast. A stop-limit order may not fill at all if the price moves through your limit. Review your broker’s order-type disclosures before relying on a stop.

STS is not a broker-dealer and is not a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). SIPC protection at a member broker covers missing customer assets if that broker fails; it never covers market losses, bad research, or unsuitable trades. Nothing on STS is insured.
