Every STS subscription comes with a full 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid period. If the picks aren't working for your trading style, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund the full amount — no questions asked, no clawback of access during your trial.
Every STS account starts with a 14-day money-back trial. During the trial you have full access to the dashboard, daily picks, Tracker, Watchlist, and the morning brief in your inbox. No card is required to start the trial and nothing is charged during the trial.
When you choose a plan on the Subscribe page ($29.99/month or $249.99/year), Stripe processes the first charge immediately. From that first paid charge you have 14 calendar days to request a full refund — for any reason. No forms, no exit interviews — just an email.

Email support@stockstraderservice.com with subject line Refund Request — [your email]. Include the account email you signed up with, your subscription plan (monthly / annual / donation), and the approximate charge date. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds process via Stripe within 5–10 business days back to the original card.
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. A cancel within the 14-day guarantee window triggers an automatic full refund. After that, cancellation stops the next renewal but the current period stays active until it expires — you keep dashboard access through the end of the period you already paid for.
A refunded subscription ends your STS access at the time of the refund. You can re-subscribe at any point and pick up where you left off — your Watchlist, Tracker positions, and saved preferences remain on your account.
If you previously sent a one-time donation before the May 2026 paid-plan launch, those remain refundable for 30 days no questions asked. Donations are voluntary and have no bearing on your subscription status.
