| Documented service outage > 48 hours | Full or pro-rated refund at our discretion |
| Duplicate / billing error charge | Full refund within 5 business days |
Email support@stockstraderservice.com with subject line Refund Request — [your email]. Include your account email, plan, date of charge, and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds process via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Cancel any time from Settings → Manage Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
Partial months (monthly plan) · Annual plans after the 7-day window (access continues to period end).
